Already upon arrival, guests were greeted with custom banners and signage featuring the company’s logo, setting the tone for the event. At the privatised poolside bali bed area the guests found an array of customised beach flags, branded towels and snack menu cards, ensuring that the company’s identity was seamlessly integrated into the luxurious setting. As guests arrived on the rooftop for the exclusive dinner, they were greeted by a stunning photo call area, complete with custom backdrops featuring the company’s logo. The branding extended to the bar, where custom signage and branded cocktail menus reinforced the company’s presence. The DJ booth was another eye-catcher, prominently featuring the company’s branding, creating a dynamic and immersive atmosphere.
- CBBC Cala Bassa Beach Club: The beach club was transformed into a branded oasis, with the company’s logo prominently displayed on beach flags, beach towels and cushions. Even the menu featured the company’s branding, ensuring that guests felt connected to the brand while enjoying the sun and sea. These branding elements were designed to enhance the luxurious beach experience without overwhelming the natural beauty of the location.
- Agroturismo Atzaró: Every aspect of the venue was customised to create a seamless and immersive branded experience, ensuring that guests were surrounded by the company’s identity from the moment they arrived until the last dance of the evening. A grand entrance was created with bespoke banners and floral arrangements that incorporated the company’s logo and colors, making the brand the first thing guests encountered. Upon entering the venue, guests were escorted to a beautifully branded welcome area with hanging words as signage of the company’s name and a flower photo call in the corporate colors, The dinner area was nothing short of spectacular. The company’s branding was elegantly woven into the setting, with branded table settings, custom-designed menus, and personalised place cards. A large, branded stage was set up as the focal point of the dining experience, where speeches and presentations were made, further reinforcing the company’s identity throughout the evening. After the dinner, guests moved to a specially designed indoor party area with illuminated signage and even custom DJ booth branding.
- Restaurant El Olivo Mio: After a guided tour throughout the historic old town Dalt Vila, the group arrived for an exclusive lunch at the renowned restaurant, known for its exquisite cuisine and intimate, elegant setting. The lunch was elevated with the strategic use of branding, including roll-up signage that highlighted the company’s logo in a subtle yet striking manner. Branded table settings, such as custom menu cards, added a personal touch to the lunch experience, reinforcing the company’s identity while guests enjoyed a gourmet meal in a special atmosphere.
- Transfer Services: Luxury vehicles provided seamless transportation between venues, ensuring comfort and style throughout the event. Even the journey on the evening of the gala dinner was infused with the company’s branding by laminating the cars with the company’s logo. This ensured a very special touch to highlight the meaning of that very special evening even more
