As 2024 comes to an end, we at Well Deserved are proud to look back on an extraordinary year of crafting unforgettable experiences across the Mediterranean. From the vibrant energy of Ibiza to the refined charm of Mallorca and the glamorous allure of Mykonos, this season was filled with exceptional events tailored to our clients’ every desire.

Whether it was a multi-day corporate incentive, an intimate villa team building, or a luxurious weekend getaway, we delivered bespoke moments that combined adventure, relaxation, and exclusivity. With groups ranging from small private parties to large corporate teams, we approached each event with the same care, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

Ibiza: Vibrancy and Variety

Ibiza was the cornerstone of our 2024 season, hosting an array of extraordinary events. One standout was a multi-day corporate incentive at the luxurious Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. This large group experienced the perfect mix of adventure and elegance, from relaxing at Cala Bassa and à la carte activities through the island’s scenic countryside to cultural tours of Dalt Vila. Exclusive dining at the Nobu rooftop and El Olivo Mio added a touch of culinary sophistication, while the gala evening at Atzaró included an awards ceremony, a custom-built stage for presentations, and captivating live entertainment that kept guests engaged throughout the night.

For a smaller, high-energy group, the Hard Rock Hotel provided the ultimate base for a weekend packed with excitement. Their experience included a thrilling night at David Guetta’s closing party at Ushuaïa, a luxurious yacht cruise to Formentera with water toys and a lunch stop at El Tiburón, and poolside relaxation paired with gourmet dining in Ibiza Town. The blend of music, adventure, and luxury made this a truly unforgettable incentive.

Another group seeking a more intimate experience stayed in a private villa surrounded by Ibiza’s tranquil countryside. Their bespoke itinerary highlighted Ibiza’s most exclusive offerings, with days spent at upscale beach clubs like Nassau Beach and O Beach and evenings enjoying fine dining at renowned restaurants such as Beachouse and Casa Maca. Nights were dedicated to the island’s vibrant nightlife, with VIP access to Ibiza’s most iconic clubs ensuring a seamless mix of relaxation and celebration.

Mallorca: Business Meets Leisure

Mallorca proved to be the perfect destination for blending business and leisure moments. A corporate conference hosted at the stylish Melia Palma Bay Hotel showcased how we seamlessly integrate productivity with leisure. Guests made the most of the hotel’s state-of-the-art facilities during the day, while evenings were spent indulging in exceptional dining experiences.

To complement the conference meetings, the group enjoyed relaxing afternoons at chic beach clubs with stunning coastal views and impeccable service provided the ideal setting to unwind. For a touch of adventure, we arranged luxury yacht charters along Mallorca’s picturesque coastline, complete with swimming in secluded coves and gourmet onboard dining. This combination of business, leisure, and exploration made the Mallorca event a standout of the season.

Mykonos: Glamorous Escape

Mykonos brought a touch of Greek luxury to our 2024 calendar with a spectacular retreat for one of our recurring clients. Staying at a prestigious Myconian hotel near Mykonos Town, the group enjoyed a curated itinerary filled with exclusive moments. Their evenings were defined by elegant dinners at some of the island’s finest restaurants, where they savored exceptional cuisine and breathtaking views.

A day aboard a large private yacht exploring the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea was a highlight of their trip. From crusing along the coastline and stopping for a swim at different bays, to onboard dining and drinks, this experience had it all. Their retreat concluded with a glamorous evening at one of Mykonos’s renowned beach clubs Scorpios, where the lively atmosphere and stunning setting created the perfect finale to an unforgettable stay.
