That’s exactly what happened when our agency designed and produced a bespoke Hippie Festival for a group of more than 100 guests in one of Ibiza’s most enchanting countryside venues.
From the very beginning, our vision was clear: to create an authentic, joyful and soulful journey that captured the island’s bohemian spirit while maintaining the elegance and precision of a high-end event.
Every detail was imagined, designed and built by our team — transforming a peaceful garden into a colorful hippie village filled with creativity, interaction and emotion.
As guests arrived, they were greeted with a vibrant market area we had custom-built for the occasion.
Each stand offered something unique — from local crafts and artistic details to interactive corners that invited participation and connection.
One of the highlights was the hippie photocall, a playful spot where guests could capture their best festival moments surrounded by dreamcatchers, flowers and vintage decor. Nearby, professional makeup artists added a touch of sparkle and color, creating authentic boho looks that brought everyone fully into the atmosphere.
The sound of live percussion filled the air – not as background music, but as an open invitation.
In our drumming area, guests could join in the rhythm, experiencing first-hand the spontaneous, communal energy that defines Ibiza’s hippie culture.
The energy of laughter and music mixed with the scent of the fields, creating an ambiance that felt both relaxed and alive.
Adding a local touch, a Hierbas Ibicencas experience invited guests to discover the secrets behind the island’s traditional herbal liqueur.
Guided by a passionate local expert, they learned about the history, ingredients and rituals of this famous drink – tasting and smelling the aromatic herbs that have flavored Ibiza for generations.
Throughout the experience, refreshing sangria and delicate canapés were served by the staff, keeping the energy light and festive.
As the afternoon went on, a group of drummers gathered the crowd once again — this time leading them in rhythm and movement toward the next chapter of the experience.
Through a lively procession, the guests followed the beat to a beautifully set pavilion, where an elegant lunch awaited.
The scene was completed by live guitar music and graceful hippie dancers, whose movements added warmth, joy and a sense of celebration to the entire moment.
Every element – from concept creation and design to production and coordination — was realized by our team with precision, creativity and care.
